What if my order arrives damaged?

We package every pen with care, but if your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

All of our pens are refillable ballpoint pens. We use quality pen bases that write smoothly and can be refilled when the ink runs out, so your beautiful pen lasts a lifetime.

How do I care for my beaded pen?

Keep your pen away from extreme heat and moisture. Store it in a pen holder or pouch when not in use. Avoid dropping it on hard surfaces as this can loosen beads or characters over time. These products do contain small parts so do not give your pens to a small child or leave children unattended with this product.  It is not a toy and should not be played with or chewed on.  It does pose a choking hazard to small children.
